This Sunday sees us at Silo in Brighton with Volume 22 of the regular PechaKucha nights in the city. It's the third one produced and curated by Woody and editor of Viva Brighton, Alex Leith. The topic of the evening with be Good Grub with quick-fire talks on fodder. This October, Woody designed a super-sized six metre colouring-in sheet. Colour Space, with its sci-fi edge, began in monochrome and invited colour, sketches and writing. Woody's Studio collaborates on a diverse mix of creative projects, from super graphics that adorn hospital walls to creating sell-out fashion collections. The studio also curates and delivers online events for the education and arts sectors.
Woody, also known as Zara Wood, creates, curates and educates.
She is the co-founder of The Enquiry Desk, the PechaKucha producer for Brighton, UK and a senior lecturer in illustration for communication at Ravensbourne University in London.
