Along with limited edition screen prints, art posters, ethical fashion and design-led stationery Woody has made some new Risograph prints exclusively for sale from the studio.
Each Risograph design is a limited edition of 20 and available whilst stocks last at only £20.00.

As part of the Artists' Open Houses Festival, Art Trail around The Open Market launched Saturday.
The studio is part of 13 other studios and gallery spaces in the newly refurbished Open Market Brighton which are open to the public over May.

We're lucky to live and work in Brighton, as do many creative folk. This creative community along with university students and international visitors makes Brighton vibrant throughout the seasons. However, if we were to pick just one month to be in Brighton, it would have to be May.

Woody's Studio will be opening as a gallery shop on weekends for Brighton's Artists Open Houses Festival from 2nd - 24th May to showcase new work by Zara Wood a.k.a Woody.
Studio Woody will also be hosting some special events during the festival including a new colouring in group for adults called Colour In Monday and Talent Pool Talks Powered by Pecha Kucha.

Woody's studio will be open again this weekend as a gallery shop this weekend as part of Brighton's Artist Open House Festival. Amazingly, it's yet another sunny forecast for Saturday. This is the last weekend in 2014 that we will be open as an actual real life shop.
We are pleased to announce that 20% of Top Hat Tinker screen prints during Artist Open House will be going to the Sara Cutting's Daily Headgear Challenge in support of Macmillian Cancer Support.

Woody's Studio will open as a gallery shop as part of Brighton's Artist Open House Festival. Our new space in Brighton's Open Market is part of an art trail in the newly refurbished market. Artists and Makers will be opening their studio doors offering classes and selling their artwork.

As we fast approach Brighton's Artist Open House festival, one of Woody's characters 'Top Hat Tinker' has been in the limelight. Tinker has always been a favourite with one of the studio's inspiring friends Sara Cutting.
Diagnosed with breast cancer in July and following on from surgery, Sara is currently having chemotherapy. To raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and awareness of breast cancer, Sara has created the 'Daily Headgear Challenge',... SEE MORE

Our studio will be turning in to a shop to hold a pretty special sample sale - full of rare limited edition t-shirts and homewares from design collaborations.
There will be a mixture of production samples; new stock still in it's original packaging; previous season accessories; and stationery bargains. Some of these items were originally released in Australia and Japan only.

Our new studio space is in the Brighton Open Market. We love being here. There's a really mixture of market stalls selling everyday essentials alongside creative businesses. There's nothing better than having a natter about life while picking up veg for your dinner. Woody's Studio collaborates on a diverse mix of creative projects, from super graphics that adorn hospital walls to creating sell-out fashion collections. The studio also curates and delivers online events for the education and arts sectors.
Woody, also known as Zara Wood, creates, curates and educates.
A co-founder of The Enquiry Desk project and Brighton's PechaKucha producer for several years, she is an award-winning senior lecturer + part of the International Association of Illustration Academics forum.
