Art Trail at the Open Market Brighton 2nd - 24th May 2015

We will be opening our studio as a gallery shop during the first four weekends of May as part of Brighton's Artists Open House - AOH for short.  Expect to see art posters, limited edition screen prints, ethical fashion and design-led stationery made in england.  This May Woody also launches a colouring in group for adults called ‘Colour in Monday’ with supersized designs we can all colour together: Monday 11th + 18th May 11am - midday.  Come... Last Thursday Woody went to a drawing class with a difference.  Artist and Events Organiser extraordinaire Jenny Webber is founder of Wild Life Drawing, which puts on life drawing classes where people get the chance to draw live birds and animals.  An amazing idea. Woody's studio will be open again this weekend as a gallery shop this weekend as part of Brighton's Artist Open House Festival. Amazingly, it's yet another sunny forecast for Saturday.  This is the last weekend in 2014 that we will be open as an actual real life shop. Woody's Studio collaborates on a diverse mix of creative projects, from super graphics that adorn hospital walls to creating sell-out fashion collections.  The studio also curates and delivers online events for the education and arts sectors.

Woody, also known as Zara Wood, creates, curates and educates.
A co-founder of The Enquiry Desk project and Brighton's PechaKucha producer for several years, she is an award-winning senior lecturer + part of the International Association of Illustration Academics forum.
